Configuring SPA Call Manager Pro

Before running SPA Call Manager Pro, ensure you have followed our handset setup guides:

Handset Preparation for Cisco SPA 504g IP Phone

 

Run the application install wizard and run it by double clicking on the new desktop shortcut.  SPA Call Manager Pro will launch directly into the licensing installation screen:

Enter the license key received in your welcome e-mail and click install.  After a few moments the license will be authenticated and then the main set-up screen will be displayed:

Enter the phones IP address in the “Phone IP Address” field and select the IP Address that your computer should listen to requests from the phone on.  If your PC has only one IP address it will automatically be selected.

Click on “Recheck Configuration” and SPA Call Manager Pro will query your handset and check that all of the correct settings have been applied.  Once the check is complete you should see a completed setup screen:

If SPA Call Manager Pro detected a problem with the configuration of your phone it will alert you as to which setting needs to be corrected.  Click Save Settings and then the main application dialog will be displayed:

You are now ready to start using SPA Call Manager Pro to make and receive calls!
