SPA Call Manager Pro is a Windows Desktop Application that helps you to make the best use of your Linksys/Cisco SPA Series IP Telephone.  Dialing numbers manually and managing the directory is a time consuming and awkward task.  Call Manager Pro takes the hassle of out this by giving you a responsive and easy to use application.

Key Features

Unlimited Personal Directory – The SPA handsets are limited to storing a maximum of 100 contacts internally, and managing them is a difficult job in itself.

Auto completion of contacts – SPA Call Manager will help you to find the contact that you need quickly with auto-complete functionality.  Just type the first few characters of the contacts and all of the possibilities will be displayed.  Press return when you have highlighted the contact that you want to call and the phone will immediately call the chosen contact.

Save unnamed contacts to your directory – When receiving a call from a contact that you dont have stored in the directory, you’d normally have to spend time working through the menus on the phone and then using the handset to slowly save the contact to the handset.  With SPA Call Manager just double click on the call entry and you’ll be given the option to save the caller directly to the personal directory of the application.  This works for dialed, answered and missed calls.

Import contacts from CSV files – If you have an existing database of contacts that you would like to use with the application, simply export the data to a CSV file and import it into the application.  You’ll be able to contact customers, suppliers and key contacts without having to re-key their data.

Monitor the status of all four lines – SPA Call Manager Pro shows a live status of all four of the lines on your phone.  This easily enables you to switch between calls, by putting callers on hold and resuming other calls.

Reject Unwanted Calls – There is not a way on the handset to reject incoming calls if you are too busy to take a call at that time.  With SPA call manager, just click the red “Hangup” icon and the call be immediately rejected.

Dial from the Windows Clipboard - If you are browsing the internet and need to quickly call a number, simply copy the number into your clipboard and SPA Call Manager Pro will capture the number and be ready to dial it for you at the click of a button.
